Your buyers
can be listed.
That's rare.

01the situation

The work is there.
The channel isn't.

Industrial supply is the rarest situation among our ten segments: the customer base is finite and can be listed. Not hundreds of thousands of companies, but a few thousand manufacturers in Germany and Austria who need exactly the part or capacity you can deliver.

Against that, most Hungarian suppliers rely on trade fairs and referrals from existing customers. That works - until one large customer moves the order elsewhere. Then it turns out there was never a second channel.

If your buyers can be listed, they can be reached. That doesn't take luck. It takes regularity and good German.

02what the machine watches

It doesn't grind lists.
It hunts supply gaps.

The machine watches for capacity shortfalls and supplier changes at Western European manufacturers - because only then is there a reason to speak.

01

hiring in procurement

They're recruiting a buyer or supplier quality engineer. That's when the supplier base gets reworked.

02

capacity expansion

A new line, plant or extension announced. That needs more suppliers than they currently have.

03

a new product

A new model or product launching. New part requirements nobody has locked in yet.

04

supply risk

They speak publicly about supply risk or nearshoring. That's your way in.

05

a certification requirement

They require a certification you hold and their current supplier doesn't.

06

new procurement leadership

A new head of procurement almost always reviews the inherited supplier base.

these are examples - your machine gets tuned to the manufacturing technology and industry where you're strongest

03how this would look for you

Thirty days,
step by step.

This is a scenario, not a case study from an existing client. We are looking for our first client now - the moment there are measured results, they go here instead of an invented number.

01week 1

We list the customer base.

This is the segment where that can actually be done. We define which technology, which volumes and which industry you're competitive in, and that becomes a finite list of named companies.

02weeks 2-3

Your GTM knowledge base gets built.

Which certifications you hold, your lead times, where you beat a local supplier, and what you answer to “we already have a proven partner”. In German too.

03week 4

The machine goes live.

It reaches the procurement decision-maker at the manufacturers where something is moving, and writes in their own language - concrete technology, concrete capacity, not a company profile.

04after that

Sharper every month.

It becomes clear which industry and which argument gets replies. A supply relationship lasts years, so a single won customer rewrites the year.

CNC-Kapazität für die neue Baureihe

Sehr geehrter Herr Weber,

04what you get

Three things,
with dates attached.

We don't promise meeting counts - we don't control them. What we promise depends on us, and it carries a date.

weeks 1-3

The GTM knowledge base

Everything worth knowing about your buyers, your arguments and your market - written down, structured, on your own infrastructure. It stays yours.

day 30

The live machine

A system that finds, researches, writes, sends and follows up. On your domains, into your CRM. Not software you rent - an engine you own.

The learning loop

What got replies, what didn't, what we changed. One page, with numbers. Not a dashboard login - a readable answer to what is happening.

05why us

What a plant manager
usually asks.

“This business runs on trade fairs and relationships.”

Largely yes, and that stays. But a fair happens once or twice a year, and nothing happens for the eleven months in between. The machine fills those eleven months.

“Supplier qualification is long, this isn't quick business.”

Which is exactly why starting early pays. We don't expect an order tomorrow - we expect you to be on the list when qualification starts.

“Our German isn't good enough for this.”

We write the copy and take it to native level. You sit in the meeting, but the correspondence that gets you there won't depend on your language skills.

“Who actually does the work?”

The two of us. No account manager, no junior we hand it off to. The person on your first call is the person building the system.

06the offer

If it doesn't bring clients,
it doesn't cost much.

The most common objection isn't “I don't believe it.” It's “what if it doesn't pay off?”. So it's built like this:

01

Most of the money is a success fee.

A low monthly retainer, with the larger part due when you win a client. The setup fee covers building the machine - not a deposit against results.

02

Do the math, don't take our word.

Take the annual value of a typical supply contract and divide by the monthly retainer. In industry one new customer usually covers several years.

03

Built once, runs long.

The machine keeps running past six months without a rebuild. The setup fee spreads across that whole period, not one month.

If it doesn't add up against your numbers, we'll tell you that too.

who this isn't for
If you only make one-off pieces, never seriesIf there's no capacity to serve a new clientIf you just want a list to buyExpecting results by next week

We'll say so on the first call if we're not a fit. Cheaper to hear it now than in six months.

Let's see
how many buyers.

Thirty minutes, free. We define your technology and target industry, and see exactly how many Western European manufacturers come out of it. If it's few, we'll say so - and you keep the list either way.

Costs $0. Worst case, you walk away with a free teardown of your funnel. No spam, obviously - we'd be embarrassed.
